“… and who will suffer the most when they ration care? The sick, the elderly, and the disabled of course. The America that I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with down syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s “Death Panel” so his bureaucrats can decide, [...]

As all the news networks are doing, O’Reilly began his segment talking about Rush Limbaugh. Essentially, O’Reilly said that the issue of Limbaugh distracts Americans from the real issue at hand, the economy. So, we shouldn’t talk about Rush, we should talk about the economy.
Where was Mr. O’Reilly’s commitment to focusing on current events during the 2008 presidential election? While our economy kept tanking, “Papa Bear,” as Stephen Colbert calls him, had no problem trying to portray Obama as a terrorist sympathizer and a socialist. So, I guess we should only focus on the economy when its convenient for Republicans.

To illustrate his wariness of federal intervention, Jindal highlights Hurricane Katrina. That’s fine. The government performed woefully. But who was president during Katrina? George W. Bush, right? I think that’s his name. To what party did he belong? Oh, that’s right. Whoops.
So, because the Republicans botched their opportunity to provide federal aid the Democrats shouldn’t have a chance? Jindal seems to go even further than that, seemingly saying that neither party should take action. If Jindal runs for president in 2012, how will he justify such a call to inaction?

I say we find the people responsible for this bailout and form a mob to get them. If we want to do this though, who is the Frankenstein to our mob? Democrats? Republicans? Independents? The corporations? Minorities? Congress? Federal Reserve?
The answer according to The Economist is that it is a shared responsibility. This shared responsibility [...]

In utterly depressing news today, the House vetoed a $700 billion proposal to allow the government to bail out the current banking crisis. As a result, the Dow Jones went down almost 778 points today, the largest single day loss ever:
“The stock market was definitely taken by surprise,” said Drew Kanaly, chairman and CEO of [...]

To the people who do not have time to go around and check all the facts, I have put them on here. Anyone can turn on the T.V. and hear all of Obama’s faults and problems, but I never seem to hear any about McCain. Here is a compilation of some of the lies being [...]
